Airport Metro is a locally owned and operated transportation service established since November 1979.
Is this Company licensed and Insured?
Yes, by the State of Georgia, City of Atlanta, and Atlanta Airport.
How long in advance do I need to make my reservation?
We are at your service 24/7 and recommend making reservations well in advance online. For Hotel Shuttles we require 24 hour notice. For Dedicated Ride 24 hour Dedicated Service we require 24 hours notice to process your reservation. For last minute transportation needs please contact us 404-766-6666.
How does the Online Reservation System work?
- Simply select desired service:
Hotel Shuttle, Dedicated Ride, or Groups
- Make a reservation and print confirmation.
- Please have confirmation ready for the driver.
How can we find you at the airport?
We are located at the Ground Transportation Center, Green Area, #6, Across from the Taxi Stand for all Domestic Flights. For International Travelers Please Call When you have cleared Customs. Please don’t hesitate to call for assistance or directions.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
All cancellations require 24 hours advance notice or your payment will be forfeited.
